Experiment
Familia! I am doing a little soul searching and I decided I need to be less focused on me and more focused on the good things in life and things I am thankful for. It might still be selfish but I thin it is a good start. I have added a gratitude page where I am going take one day at a time and write something I am grateful for. I am hoping that t his will help me out in the long run.
